Healthwise, last week has been pretty awesome for me. I exercised a lot more and ate more healthy food than ever before. However, what I am really kicked about is that I was finally able to achieve my personal milestone of walking 100,000 footsteps in a week!
What did I do?
- Walked to and from work daily for as far as I could.
- Reached home and went out for a slow walk.
What made the maximum difference however was going on a trek over this weekend. That helped me blow past all my previous records for the week. It feels so totally awesome to do this! Below are this week’s stats:
How can you do it too?
Willingness — you really need to commit yourself to doing this. Eating healthy was probably my toughest battle. There are too many unhealthy choices out there but you truly need to be willing from within to make the changes to a healthier and better life.
Don’t tell anyone — you don’t need to tell anyone what you are doing until it is done. That is probably the best way to accomplish anything. Tell everyone what you have done, not what you are going to do.
