This topic might be TMI for most people. I realise that, but I still want to talk about it.
I have started walking regularly these days and I find that most sweating happens in the lower half of the body, while the upper half is fairly OK. However, when I ride the bike, the upper half of my body swats more than the lower half.
Normally, I would be oblivious to this phenomena, but since I was riding after almost 2 weeks yesterday, I realised that I get more tired when the upper half of the body is worked than my lower half. My eyes and head become hotter, arms hurt more and the air entering my throat seems hotter than usual. I noticed that this tires me down faster.
Walking is definitely better for me and inspite of being more strenuous, tires me down slower.
