Above is the song I have been tripping on for the last two days. In this time, I have heard it on loop a zillion times. Heard every other variation of the song on YouTube – a cappella, acoustic, parody… you name it! I was up till 2 a.m. last night listening to it.

Crazy, I know.

Do you do this too? If I like a song, I listen to it over and over again till I get the lyrics, every pause and every background tone!

My brother hates it. He believes that I ruin the song by playing it so many times. Many others have told me the same.

Is my method normal? Why is it a bad idea to listen to your favourite songs in moderation?
