Therefore, for the first time in my life, I went shopping to buy leafy vegetables I could add to my daily meals. Tured out to be quite a story…
I hadn’t the faintest idea what I was doing here. Went to the market and bought some purple leafy veggies because everyone knows they are filled with phytochemicals and antioxidants. I also bought some Spinach to go with it.
The first day was terrible, I didn’t cook the spinach and just chopped the veggies and dumped em into the lunch box with my tasty beef chops. The combination tasted terrible. I’ve gotten a hang of how to do this since and am incorporating some spices and herbs with my cooking now to alter the taste of the food ever so slightly.
