I’m just amazed by how good Apple’s PR strategy is! As soon as reports of the MCX merchant’s group banning Apple Pay started pouring in, Apple’s PR team got to work discrediting CurrentC.
It’s funny to see the traditional Apple bloggers up in arms with CurrentC, while the traditional press merely bats an eyelid.
Apple PR is working a new angle these days – “we will crush CurrentC like how we crushed Samsung” – which explains the recent spate of articles about how Samsung’s profits are affected by Apple.
Makes me wonder how much our daily views are shaped by PR!
